Lead Maintenance Technician
Paran Management is seeking a service driven Lead Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position will work alongside another tech and report to the Community Manager.
$500 Signing Bonus after 60 days! *
Job Details:
Responsible for building general maintenance & repair
Preventative maintenance
Apartment Turn Overs as assigned by Community Manager
Performing occupied maintenance work orders
Grounds upkeep
Janitorial work will be required in all elements
Qualified Applicants should have basic tools, general maintenance and repair skills including plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical, painting and dry wall repair abilities. Must also be proven to work independently and with a sense of urgency.
Lifting 50lbs +, climbing stairs, bending, standing, using ladders, is all functions of the job, 3+ years experience required with favorable references required.
Valid Drivers license is required.

Paran Management is seeking a PT 21-28 hrs per week Cleaner / Porter for their apartment communities located in Findlay.
