Howard joined the Paran team in October of 2006, with specializations in retail leasing, sales, land assemblage, and third-party management. He uses his vast knowledge of the Ohio retail market and property accounting to enhance the value of properties for owners.
As a licensed commercial real estate broker, his portfolio represents shopping center space throughout Ohio markets.
Howard unwinds after a long day by heading to the gym or relaxing at home watching Ohio State sports.
