Josh Shamburger started with Paran in April of 2024. With years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, Josh is an expert in managing all aspects of marketing properties. He oversees all listings, from managing websites and social media to creating digital content and brochures. Josh also works closely with the multi-residential leasing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase occupancy rates.
In his free time, Josh enjoys cheering on the Guardians, playing board games, and watching movies and TV shows with his wife Emma.
